The Tables Dimensions are:
20 – 5 foot round tables; requires a 120″ table linen (guest tables)
1 – 6 foot rectangle table; requires standard table linen.
6 – 8 foot rectangle tables; requires standard table linen.
1 – 4 foot rectangle table; requires standard table linen
Dance Floor: 20′ x 20′
Ceremony Seating: 40′ x 60′ ( hold 260 chairs )
Greenhouse (Reception Site): 60′ x 90′
Walkway/Aisle: 128′
Arbor: 12′ x 12′
Railing is 20′ long and 3′ 2″ tall. Between each railing bar it is 6′ and 9″.

Pet Policy
We allow dogs on the venue for the ceremony only. After the ceremony is complete, the animal must be caged or removed from the property immediately. All droppings must be cleaned up and removed from venue by the owner of the animal.
Wedding Planner Policy
Shade Trees & Evergreens wants all of our brides days to be the most magical day of their lives. So if the plan to achieve that includeds a Wedding Planner all we at the venue ask is that your planner meet with the owners and see the site before you contract them for your wedding. Thank you
Sparkler Policy
If you would like to have sparklers for the end of your reception for your exit, you MUST have the following and abide by the rules below:
- Approved permission from the venue owners.
- Must bring buckets with sand in them so your guests can put the used sparkelers in the afterwards.
- You may NOT use them under the reception area or in the Bridal Building! They are allowed on the EXIT WALKWAY ONLY!
And PLEASE NOTE that if we find used sparklers in our grass you will lose your deposit, Thank you for your understanding.
